Fill your information into specific field, it will show off this image

1. Select Signature at red rectangle by CTRL+A, then CTRL+C to Copy

2. Open your Microsoft Outlook and create new email

Click on Signature then Signatures…

3. Paste (CTRL+V) into blank space. Then click on Save > OK to finish

Your Signature has been set up
